On the Thought of Improving the Educating Effectiveness of Ideological and Political Theory Curricula

新的历史时期要增强思政理论课程的教育实效性,可以考虑采取的工作模式是:加强思想政治理论课教师队伍建设,全面提高教师的综合素质;酌情减少思政课教师的教学工作量,每周授课不应超过12学时;采用多媒体教学,改进教学方法和考核方法;搞好灌输理论与学习环境研究,考查学生的心理特点和接受能力;高校各管理部门应搞好服务工作,形成良好的思政教育氛围;建立教学评价指标体系,省教育厅应定期组织专家进行成效评估。

In the new historical period, if we want to improve the educating effectiveness of college ideological and political theory curricula, we should do as follows： reinforce the teachers＇ team construction to improve the teachers＇ comprehensive qualities; take the cirumstances into consideration of reducing teachers＇ working loads with no more than 12 classes per week; use multimedia teaching mode to improve teaching and assessment methods; do the research on inculcating theories and studying surroundings, and check students＇ psychological traits and studying abilities; supply good service to build up better educational atmospheres; found the evaluation system to ensure the better results, etc.
