摘要
企业的人文环境,主要包括顾客、企业领导、信息管理人员、非信息中层管理者、企业员工、制度和文化等七个方面,使企业在信息化过程中能够对人的作用有一个概念的概括把握。强调了顾客与中层非信息管理者的作用,强调制度与在信息化过程中的重要性,而这些因素在以往是容易被忽视的,希望在实践中能够收到良好的效果。
The author of this article examine the humane evnironments of enterprises, including seven respets. ustomer, enterprise leader, information administrative staff, middle level administrator, enterprise staff, system and culture, which aims to make enterprise, hold the fanction of people in the informationization. It also emphasizes the fanetion of customers middle leve managers, and the importance of system and culture in the cavst. These factors were easy to be ignored in the past, and hope that it can receive the good result in practice.
