摘要
在分析“经济人”和“道德人”两种典型人性假说的基础上,根据当前我国经济所处的特殊历史时期,扬弃并提出了符合转型期中国特色的企业经营者“综合人”人性假说,在此基础上,对企业经营者的激励机制建设进行了有益的探讨。
The paper is on the basis of analysing two kinds of typical humanity hypothesis of “economic people” and “morals people”, during our country economy special historical period, developing the useful and discarding the useless boldly and proposing“ synthesizer” the humanity hypothesis that accord with Chinese characteristics, and then, building beneficial discussion to manager's incentive mechanism.
