摘要
如何解决西部山区农民收入增长缓慢的难题,促进西部山区农民收入持续、快速增长,是能否实现建设全面小康社会宏伟目标的关键。以科学发展观为指导,对发展两部山区农村经济,促进农民收入增长作了一些探讨。
It＇ s the key of reaching the project of fully well-off society to solve the problem that the farmers＇ income is increasing slowly in west mountain areas, and promote it quickly and sustainably. This thesis has done some work to make it with scientific view on the development.
