现代大学的职能就是创造与传递知识,培养人才,发展科学技术与文化,服务社会。学科建设是承载教学、科研和社会服务的基础,也是学校学术水平、办学水平、办学特色的主要标志。搞好学科建设,特别是高水平学科建设,对推动我院教学、科研事业的不断发展和质量、效益的全面提高具有非常重要的意义。

The working talent of the modern univrsity is creating and delivering the knowledge, developing the talented person, developing science technique and cultures and serving society. The course construction is a foundation that loads the teaching, scientific research and social services, also is main marking of the academic level in school, the level to learn and the characteristic to learn. Make the good course construction, expecially, the high-level course construction, have the count for much meaning towards pushing my university teaching, the research business to develop continuously and the overall exaltation of the quantity and performance.
