This paper studies fuzzy relation and weight of knowledge in teaching appraisal of colleges and universities, discusses the method of calculation of fuzzy membership function, and applies fuzzy technology for teaching appraisal of Colleges and Universities. It gives a new approach to research the teaching appraisal.
