高校教师职业道德滑坡的原因与对策

The Reasons and the Countermeasures for the Decline of the College and University Teachers'Occupational Morality

列举了高校教师职业道德滑坡的种种表现,分析了这种状况产生的历史与现实原因,并从提高全社会对师德建设重要性的认识、建设有利于师德建设的小环境、完善教师的评价体系以及加强教师自身职业道德修养等方面提出了对策。

This article points out the present conditions of the decline of the college teachers＇ occupational morality,and analyses the historical and practical reasons. Further more, the author puts forward some countemleasures, too, such as to improve the cognition of society, to set up a microcosmic environment, to reform the evaluating system for the teachers and to reinforce the teachers＇ self-cuhure education.
