摘要
通过对河北理工大学图书馆主页“交流中心”开办以来读者意见的统计分析,把握读者需求,审视图书馆工作的缺陷和不足,为图书馆更好地满足读者需求、提高服务水平提供参考性意见。
The article statistically analyses the reader' s advices in the “communication center” of Hebei Polytechnic University Library Home Page. Through the reseach, the authors find the readers' requirement,point out the shortcomings of the libray work,and give out helpful suggestions in order to meet the various needs of readers and improve the service of our library effectively.
