随着汇率制度改革的推进,未来一段时期,我国将迎来金融市场和金融衍生产品的快速发展。该文分析了我国金融衍生产品发展的必要性及其发展思路,并指出应从外部监管体系出发,有效控制金融衍生产品的风险。

With the deepening FX regime reforms, China is experiencing rapid developments in financial markets as well as financial derivatives in the near future. This paper analyzes the necessity for developing financial derivatives and associated development schemes, and also points out that derivatives risk should be controlled effectively under the guidance of an external regulatory system.
