Perfect paper business system to promote market development

日前央行发布了《中国人民银行关于完善票据业务制度有关问题的通知》,有针对性地完善了有关制度,逐步清除了困扰银行间票据业务的部分障碍,但是仍有一些票据操作实务上的问题不利于票据市场的健康发展,需要央行加以进一步明确和规范。

Recently the central bank issued the Notice of the People＇s Bank of China on lssues lmproving the Paper Business System, with the intention of gradually cleadng away some of the obstacles to interbank paper business by improving the relevant systems. However, problems in the practice of paper operations still exist hindering the sound development of the paper market, and, therefore, require further specification and regulation from the central bank.
