8月份金融运行健康平稳,主要特点为:广义货币供应量M2增长加快,狭义货币供应量M1增幅有所回升;从总量看货币信贷增长平稳适度,短期贷款和票据融资增速与中长期贷款增速的差距明显缩小;储蓄存款增长较快,当月企业存款同比多增;货币市场交易活跃,市场利率有所回升。

In August 2005, financial performance remained sound and stable with the following notable features： the growth of broad money supply （M2） accaterated; narrow money （M1） growth rose slightly; in terms of the total amount, money cradit witnessed a steady and moderate increase; the gap between the growth rate of short-term loans and bills financing end that of medium end long-term loans narrowed markedly; savings deposits expanded quickly and new corporate deposit growth accelerated year-on-year： the money market recorded active trading with a alight increase in Interest rates.
