中国外汇交易中心、全国银行间同业拆借中心为中国人民银行直属事业单位，主要职能是：组织全国银行间外汇交易、人民币同业拆借及债券交易：办理外汇交易的清算交割，负责人民币同业拆借及债券交易的清算监频；提供市场信息服务：开展经人民银行批准的其他业务。

China Foreign Exchange Trade System （CFETS）,also known as National Interbank Funding Center,is a sub-institution of the People＇s Bank of China（PBC）,Its main functions include：to organize interbank FX trading,the RMBlending and bond trading：to handle settlement and clearing of FX trading：to supervise the clearing of the RMB lending and bond trading：to provide market information and to engage in other businesses approved by the PBC.
