三叉神经-颈反射及其在神经系统疾病的临床应用 被引量：3

摘要 三叉神经-颈反射是指刺激三叉神经,在颈部肌肉上可以获得反射波形,反映了潜在的肌肉活动的抑制。三叉神经-颈反射对于脑干至颈髓上段区域病变具有定位诊断价值,有助于多发性硬化和运动神经元病的诊断,为肌张力障碍、偏头痛、紧张性头痛以及三叉神经痛的治疗、预后和发病机制的研究提供了一种新的途径。
