Caspase-3与创伤性脑损伤 被引量:3

摘要 Caspase-3是神经元凋亡的关键蛋白酶。在创伤性脑损伤中,caspase-3介导的凋亡级联反应可使神经元大量死亡,加重脑损伤。Caspase-3的激活途径分为内源性途径和外源性途径。其中,内源性途径由启动子caspase-8通过裂解胞质的Bid而启动;外源性途径则以死亡受体的活化而启动。两种途径的调节都有3个水平。Caspase-3一旦被激活,则细胞凋亡不可避免。近年来,学者对于创伤性脑损伤中的凋亡现象进行研究,获得了一定成果。结果提示,创伤性脑损伤中存在capase-3介导的凋亡现象。但如何应用脑保护治疗减轻脑损伤,并应用于临床实践,则仍有待于进一步研究。
