利用^(60)Co-γ辐射诱变育成糖能兼用型甘蔗新品种桂糖22号

Development of a new sugar and energy cane variety Guitang No.22 by means of ^(60)Co-γ ray induced mutation

桂糖22号是利用80 Gy60Co-γ射线辐照新台糖1号甘蔗茎段,经过系统选育而成。在广西区试中,蔗茎产量为106.95 t/hm2、蔗糖产量14.21 t/hm2,最高生物产量达188.1 t/hm2,可发酵糖产量48.92 t/hm2,是既可作糖蔗又可做能源蔗的甘蔗新品种。2005年1月27日通过广西壮族自治区农作物品种审定委员会审定,并命名为桂糖22号。

Guitang No.22 was developed through 80 Gy ^60Co-γ radiation of seed stems of Xintaitang No. 1. In Guangxi regional variety test, the cane yield and the sugar yield were about 106.95 t/hm^2, 14.21 t/hm^2, respectively. Moreover, the highest biornass and fermentable carbohydrates were about 188.1 t/hm^2 and 48.92 t/hm^2, respectively. It is a new variety both for sugar and energy use, and it was approved by Guangxi Crop Variety Committee in January, 2005.
