玉米资源抗丝黑穗病快速鉴定方法的初步研究 被引量:9

摘要 本文以11份已知抗性的玉米自交系为试验材料,研究了玉米自交系苗期可溶性总糖含量与接种条件下丝黑穗发病率间的关系,结果表明玉米自交系在沙与土1:1混合处理中,1叶期幼苗地上部分可溶性总糖含量与田间接种的发病率有较好的相关性,相关系数为0.9868,符合指数曲线回归方程Y=0.008157e0.444841x.以幼苗可溶性总糖含量为指标建立了玉米资源抗感丝黑穗病的抗性分级标准,即幼苗可溶性总糖含量低于10.81 %为高抗,11.03 %~14.43 %为抗病,14.47 %~15.99 %的为中抗,16.01 %~19.10 %为感病,19.11 %~21.16 %为高感.应用测定幼苗可溶性总糖含量的方法对东北农业大学玉米研究室提供的70份玉米材料进行了抗玉米丝黑穗病鉴定,其中未发现高抗材料,有抗病和中抗材料各16份. The soluble sugar content in seedling of 11 com materials with different resistance to head smut were measured in this study. The results showed that the soluble sugar content had a correlation ( r = 0. 9868) with the incidence of head smut in the lines studied, according with a regression equation Y= 0.008157e^0.444841x. The resistance classification standard of head smut in corn was established by soluble sugar content in seedling. The soluble sugar content which underl0.81% was high resistant, between 11.03 % and 14.43 % was resistant, between 14.47 % and 15.99 % was moderate resistant, between 16.01% and 19.10 % was susceptible and between 19.11% - 21.16 % was high susceptible.70 com materials from Com Laboratory of Northeast Agriculture University were identified by the method of measuring the sugar content of seeding. There were no high resistant materials, 16 mid-resistant and 16resistant materials.
