当今市场竞争是一种注意力的竞争、人心的竞争、传播的竞争、关系的竞争。公共关系是提高企业形象竞争力的法宝。它运用各种沟通策略、传播手段、协调方法,使企业营销进入一种艺术化的境界。本文对市场营销中公共关系的作用及常用的手段进行初步讨论,旨在引起企业在营销过程中对公共关系的注意。
Now the market competition is one kind of attention competition, the will of the people competition, the dissemination competition, the relational competition. The public relations are the magic weapons of improving the corporate image competitive power. It uses various kinds of communication strategy, dissemination method, coordinated method, making enterprise marketing enter a kind of artistic realm. This article discusses tentatively to the function of the public relations and commonly used means in the marketing, aiming at causing the attention to the public relations in the course of marketing of enterprises.
