Establishing the Harmonious Labor Relationship and Constructing the Harmonious Society

劳动关系是最基本的社会关系。和谐劳动关系与和谐社会具有同质性和互动性。建立和谐的劳动关系是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要前提、基础和内容。工会参与和推进社会主义和谐社会建设,要以致力于建立协调稳定的劳动关系为切入点,以切实维护职工合法权益为着力点,进一步加大劳动关系协调力度。

The labor relationship is the most basic social relationship. The harmonious labor relationship and the harmonious society have the homogeny and interactiveness. Building the harmonious labor relationship is the important premise condition,basis and contents for constructing the socialist harmonious society. The trade unions participate in and push forward the construction of the socialist harmonious society, and the trade unions should take building the coordinated and steady labor relationship as the cutting-in point, and take the maintenance of the lawful rights and interests as the stressing point feasibly, and further enlarge the coordination strength on the labor relationship.
