Superficial Discussion on the Gradation Teaching of the College English

目前我国的高等教育正在向大众教育转变,高等院校在校生数量不断增加,并呈现多层次性。各高校从实际出发,纷纷从公共基础课着手对传统教学进行改革,推行有针对性的“分级教学”。这种针对不同层次的学生分类指导,分班讲授不同的内容,则有助于解决扩招带来的一系列问题。

At present, the higher education in China is transforming to the masses education, the student quantity at the higher colleges and schools are increasing unceasingly, and it shows the multilevel nature. All the colleges and schools start the work with the public basic courses to make the reform and innovation on the traditional teaching, all the colleges and schools carry out the directed “Gradation Teaching Method”. This kind of method makes the gradation guidance towards the student at the different levels, and dividing into classes and teaching the different contents, it is helpful to solve a series of problems caused by the expansion of recruiting new students.
