摘要
通过用电磁振动雾化-速凝法制备了粉粒度小于0.5mm 的镁粉,研究了这种速凝镁粉在1000℃的阻燃时间。结果显示,速凝镁粉阻燃时间为17~21s,而铣削-钝化镁粉阻燃时间为11~14s。用x 射线衍射的方法,检测和计算了速凝镁粉的晶面间距和晶面指数。速凝镁粉的结构属于JCPDS 卡片,卡号:4-770,镁的密排六方晶体结构,a=3.2095(?),c=5.2104(?),其密排六方结构未因电磁振动雾化-速凝制备方法而改变。
Smaller than 0.5mm grain sized magnesium powder prepared with the method of electromagnetic vibration atomizing and quenching is introduced and the inhibiting time of the magnesium powder at 1 000 ℃ is studied in this paper. The result shows that the inhibiting time is 21s to 21s, while the inhibiting time of the passivated magnesium powder at the same condition is lls to 14s. The distance (d, the unit is A) and the index (hkl) between crystal faces of the magnesium powder is investigated and calculated with X - ray diffraction indicating that the structure of the magnesium powder is that of the JCPDS card of 4 - 770 with a = 3.209 5 A and c = 5.510 4 A without any change in structure.
