摘要
以电熔刚玉、电熔镁砂、硅灰等为主要原料,采用不同的颗粒配比对浇注料流动性及常温物理性能进行测试,结果显示:骨料的配比与细粉的含量对浇注料的流动性影响较大,当粗、中、细骨料比例为15:25:20并加入适量的细粉时流动性最好。
The test on flowability and physical properties of the castables, with Al2o3, MgO, ultra- SiO2 as its main materials, of different composition of granularity shows that flowability of castables will be the best under the condition that the proportion of coarse, medium and fine sized aggregates is 15：25 ;20 and some suitable content of the fine is added in.
