特比萘芬乳膏与咪康唑霜治疗浅部真菌病临床对比观察

Clinical Comparison of Therapeutic Effect between Terbinafine and Miconazole on Superficial Mycoses

目的比较广谱抗真菌药特比萘芬乳膏与咪康唑霜治疗浅部真菌病临床疗效。方法将160例浅部真菌病患者(手癣18例,足癣74例,股癣47例,体癣21例)随机分为A,B两组。A组给予特比萘芬乳膏,B组给予咪康唑霜,使用方法均外涂患处。结果A组痊愈率为73.75%,总有效率87.50%,而B组分别为68.75%和86.25%,两组比较,无显著差异(P>0.05)。真菌阴转率A组78.75%,B组72.50%,两组比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论特比萘芬乳膏与咪康唑霜对皮肤浅部真菌病均有疗效,且两者疗效相仿。

Objective To compare the clinical effects of broad-spectrum antifungal drugs between terbinafine and miconazole on superficial mycoses. Methods All the 160 patients with superficial mycoses （ 18 with tinea manum, 74 with tinea pedis, 47 with tinea cruris, 21 with tinea corporis） were divided into Group A arid Group B at random. Terbinafine cream was topically administered to Group A, and miconazole to Group B. Results The completely healing rate of GroupA was 73.75 %, with a total effective rate of 87.50%. The two rates of Group B were respectively 68.75% and 86.25%. There were no significant defferences between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Similar finding was found when compared between the two groups＇ negative-converting rates （ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion Both the terbinafine and miconazole creams are similarly effective on superficial mycosis.
