裸燕麦幼穗愈伤组织诱导及植株再生技术 被引量:6

摘要 主要研究了3个裸燕麦品种不同幼穗长度的离体培养效应。结果表明:(1)幼穗离体培养的适宜长度为1.0~2.0cm,出愈率为74.7%;(2)基因型在幼穗培养中起着重要作用,3个品种的幼穗出愈率有显著的差异;(3)通过调节培养基中的激素,可以获得较高的出愈率和绿苗率;(4)愈伤组织再生植株既可通过器官发生途径,也可以通过胚胎发生途径来形成,这主要取决于培养基中激素的比例。 The response of different young inflorescence length of three naked oat varieties cultued in vitro was mainly studied in this paper. The results showed: (1) 1. 0~2. 0cm length of young inflorescence were suitable for in vitro culture, and callus induction frequency were 74. 7% in this length rang; (2) genotype played an important role in the success or failure of tissue culture, and there were significant differences among three varieties in the callus induction frequency; (3)composition of the culture medium was also a very important factor effecting callus induction and plant regeneration of naked oat young inflotescence, however, higher frequency of the callus and green plant regeneration were obtained by adjusting plant hormones in the culture medium; (4)plant regeneration of the callus may be through organ formation or embryo formation, which was msinly determined by the proportion of plant hormones in the culture medium.
