摘要
企业变革愿景的确立是一个经历价值追求、价值选择、认可价值和检验价值四个层次价值约束的聚焦过程,领导者必须突破四个层次的价值约束,才能逐步完成企业愿景的创建。价值追求的变革提供了变革的驱动力,价值选择的变革导致了对企业发展方向的新探索,认可价值的变革提升了对变革能力的判定,检验价值的变革促成了目标在新平台上的重新达成。
The setting up of the vision for business transformation is a focusing process that involves the pursuit, choice, recognition and testing of values, Leaders have to forge beyond these four stages of value restraint before they can complete the setting upof their business' visions. The shifting of value provides driving forces for transformation, value choice motivates direction setting of a finn' s development, value recognition improves transformation capacity, and value testing prompts the rese. tting of objectives on the new platform.
