INSTITUTE OF CHEMICAL INDUSTRY OF FOREST PRODUCTS Chinese Academy of Forestry

中国林业科学研究院林产化学工业研究所（简称林化所），成立于1960年，隶属国家林业局中国林业科学研究院，为副司局级单位。是专业从事木质和非木质林产品化学加工与利用，集基础研究、应用研究、产品开发及工程设计为一体的综合性研究开发机构。拥有中国工程院院士、世界木材科学院院士等专家、学者，科技队伍整齐精干。设有国家林业局林产化学工程重点实验室，有博士、硕士培养点和博士后流动站。以林化所为依托，建立了国家林产化学工程技术研究中心和国家林业局林产化工中试基地，为科技成果工程化、产业化创造了良好的条件。

Institute of Chemical Industry of Forest Products （ICIFP）, founded in 1960, is a comprehensive research organization that works on chemical processing and utilization of wood and non-wood forest products. ICIFP is entitled to the conferment of doctor and master degrees in forest chemical engineering and has a post-doctoral station with a well-established and high-caliber technical team, including academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering and fellows of International Academy of Wood Science. The Key Laboratory on Forest Chemical Engineering of State Forestry Administration, National Engineering and Technology Research Center of Forest Chemical Industry and Pilot Experimental Base of Chemical Processing of Forest Products of State Forestry Administration are affiliated in the institute.
