教育信息化向传统教学提出了新的要求。信息化环境下的现代教学,将从根本上改进传统教学的模式、过程和方法,对教学的设计也需要有新的认识和探索。本文就教育信息化环境下的教学模式、过程和学习者特征,设计了一个多语教学管理系统,主要探讨该系统的分析、设计和主要模块的开发实现。该系统的实现将形成一个网络虚拟校园,适合现代教学的各种需要。

The traditional education has confronted with the challenge of e - education. Modem education based on information technology will radically improve the mode, process and method of traditional education. Teaching designing needs new cognition and exploration. This paper describes the design of a multi -language teaching management system based on teaching mode, process and learners＇characters under the information environment. It mainly discusses the analysis, design of the system and the realization of primary module＇s development. The realization of this system will form a virtual e - campus. It is suitable for multifarious needs of modem education.
