摘要本文探讨指掌骨骨折的基本治疗原则,多数指掌骨骨折的处理应按照关节内骨折的原则处理,其功能要求较高,骨折固定方式多种多样,治疗须结合患者伤情、受伤部位、骨折稳定情况而决定方案。
