摘要
海水淡化设备中的循环盐水的浓度相当高,且硫酸钙、镁盐的溶解度随着温度的提高而降低,设备运行温度和循环盐水的的浓缩倍率控制不好,就会使硫酸盐大量析出,形成硫酸盐硬垢。这种垢很难被除去。采用碱煮转型和酸洗的方法对闪蒸盐水加热器清洗效果较好,并取得成功。
The concentratian of circulation salt water in the seawater desalination equipment is quite high. The solubilities of calcium sulfate and magnesium sulfate reduce with the temperature increasing. The equipment operating temperature and the concentrating rate control of circulation salt water are much worse, so they cause the sulfate massively to deposit, and to form hard Frith of sulfate. This kind of filth is very diffcuh to be romoved. Using soda boiling and reforming and acid picking method, the salt water heater of the seawater desalination equipment can be effectively cleaned.
