摘要
介绍工件传送精确定位控制技术在定点高压清洗设备上的应用。该定位系统采用位移信息测量回馈PLC的闭环控制方式,由软件监控位移量并完成速度变换,对低速定位情况进行测控。该方法有较强的自适应控制能力,避免了不正常控制状态的产生,提高了设备的生产效率,在电气控制上保证工件传送定位的精确度。
This paper described the application of a controlling technology of accurate orientation of work pieces transfered in fix point and high pressure cleaning equipment. The fixing point system adopts the closed loop control mode of a displacements information measure feedback PLC. The system can inspect and control displacements and finish speed-transform by software, and measure and control in low-speed orientation condition. The technique has the better capability of selfadapt controlling, avoids to bring any abnormal controlling instances, inereaes the efficiency of equipment in production and ensures the precision orientation of the work pieces transfered in electrical control.
