摘要
针对常规化学清洗工艺中,亚硝酸钠、磷酸三钠钝化时不足处,改用双氧水来作钝化剂,不仅降低了清洗成本,更重要的在于钝化废液中无亚硝酸根、磷酸根等污染物。
There are some disadvantages in the paesivation with sodium nitrite and sodium phosphate in normal cleaning. The cost can not only decrease,but also there are not NO2^- and PO4^3- ions in the passivation effluent when hydrogen peroxide use as the passivator.
