It was mainly introduced the comprehensive network scheme for JIAO JI Line Decentralized and Self-regulated Centralized Traffic Control System, described Decentralized and Self-regulated CTC project of WAN network, made use of GSM-R to solve wireless communication problems of Decentralized and Self-regulated CTC.
