摘要
传统的串连感应加热电源中DC/AC逆变电路的输入一般为不控整流桥AC/DC变换后的脉动直流电压,通过大电容C0滤波虽然可以获得较为平滑的直流电压,但却导致了整个感应加热电源效率降低、谐波分量大等一系列缺点。该文提出一种采用APFC技术的感应加热电源,讨论了功率因数矫正的方法,并在系统建模和理论分析的基础上,对此感应加热电源进行了计算机仿真分析。结果表明,引入APFC(有源功率因数校正器)技术的电源可实现功率因数接近于1,总谐波分量THD<5%。
The input of the DC/AC inverter of the traditional series induction heating power is usually the pulsatile DC voltage produced by the uncontrolled AC/DC inverter. Though the smooth DC voltage is available by the large capacitance Co, it leads to lower efficiency, high harmonics and other defaults of the whole induction heating power. This article introduces an induction heating power with the adoption of APFC technology. The method of the power factor correction is discussed. On the basis of system modeling and theory analysis, the computer simulation and analysis of the proposed induction heating power are carried out. The result manifests that the adpotion of APFC(active power factor correction) technology can make the power factor close to 1 and the THD less than 5%.
