深海采矿扬矿系统水下构形与动力学特性数值仿真 被引量:7

摘要 深海多金属结核开采系统的扬矿系统主要由扬矿硬管、扬矿泵、中间仓、扬矿软管等组成的长管线系统构成,其水下运动学和动力学行为,决定了深海采矿的成败。运用非线性有限元方法,建立了基于1000m深海采矿试验扬矿系统的有限元模型,进行了系统水下空间构形的静态和动态数值仿真,计算分析了海洋环境中的波流载荷,软管长度,软管集中吊挂浮力配置,以及采矿船和集矿机的运动状态等因素,对系统空间构形,尤其对软管形态的影响。水下管线的液动力载荷采用M orison公式计算。 The lift pipe subsystem of poly - metallic nodule mining system consists of steel pipe, pump, buffer, and flexible hose, whose kinematics and dynamics performances in water are crucial factors for the achievement of the deep sea mining. Based on nonlinear finite element model, static and dynamic numerical simulations of the configuration of the whole lift pipe system in 1000m deep - sea mining trial are performed. Several aspects, having effect on the configuration of the pipeline in deep sea, are mainly analyzed, such as hydrodynamic force of ocean environment, length of the flexible hose, centralized buoyancy, and movement state of mining ship and collector. The configuration of the flexible hose is sensitive to these factors especially. The hydrodynamic force of ocean environment is calculated according to Morison formula.
