On Management of Graduate Party Member in New Situation

在新的就业形势下,高校毕业生党员的管理出现了新情况、新问题。毕业了但党组织关系未能及时 转出。对这类“挂靠”党员如何管理,是高校党组织以及其它各级党组织应重视和探讨的重要课题。分析了 毕业生党员管理工作中存在的问题,提出了加强毕业生党员管理的措施。

In the new employment situation, new phenomena and problems can be seen in the management of college-graduate Party members. Party cell relationships of some student Party member are not transferred timely. It has brought focus on how to administer this kind of Party members whose relationships are not transferred in time. This paper analyzes the problems existing in management of graduated Party members, and contributs means on enforcing the management of graduate Party members.
