摘要
本文详细地介绍了使用电压PWM控制方式实现开关磁阻电机间接位置检测方案。该方案应用电机相电流导数的变化来检测电机定转子相开始重叠的位置,确定出定转子的相对位置。该方法只需知道电机定转子极数,不需要电机的相关参数,这种这法可适用于宽广的转速和功率的磁阳电机,可适用于闭环动态操作。为了启动电机,采用前馈步进法,该算法确保电要在没有位置传感器的条件下甚至在有负载条件下能够由静止状态启动到给定速度。实验证实了该方法的可靠性。
This paper describes a new method for indirect sensing of the rotor position in switched reluctance motors (SRM's) using pulse width modulation voltage control. The detection method uses the change of the derivative of the phase current to detect the position where a rotor pole and stator pole start to overlap. As now a prior knowledge of motor parameters is required (except for the numbers of stator and rotor poles), the method is applicable to most SRM in a wide power and speed range. The method allows modest closedqoop dynamic performance. To start up the motor, a feed forward stepping method is used which assures robust startup (even under load) from standstill to a predefined speed at which closed-loop sensorless operation can be applied. Experimental results demonstrate the functionality of the method.
