本文以宝钢三烧结主排气风机起动装置为例简要介绍了大容量同步电动机变频起动装置的原理、结构,并分忻、总结了其起动过程中的几个典型故障,包括晶闸管短路、并网故障等。从故障现象、处理过程、原因分析、对策措施等方面进行详细介绍。

In combination with the start device of NO.3 sinter main blower, this article briefly introduces the principle and structure of the synchronous motor VVVF startup device, analyzes and summarizes some typical fault during the process of start, including thyristor short -circuit, synchronous applications fault and so on. Meanwhile, a detailed presentation is given from the respects of fault phenomenon, treatment process, causes analysis and countermeasure.
