摘要
目的:观察降糖药物美吡哒对2型糖尿病周围神经病变的预防和治疗作用。方法:用高糖高脂饮食加小剂量的STZ注射诱导2型糖尿病Wistar大鼠模型,然后给予治疗组美吡哒5mg/kg·d,分别于用药1、3个月后测定坐骨神经运动潜伏速率、传导速度和动作电位的波幅,并观察腓肠神经病理改变。结果:美吡哒治疗组大鼠坐骨神经运动潜伏速率和动作电位的波幅较糖尿病组明显改善(P<0.01),腓肠神经有髓神经纤维数量和纤维总截面积较糖尿病组亦明显改善(P<0.01)。结论:美吡哒对实验性2型糖尿病周围神经损害有一定的防治作用。
Objective:To study the effect of mindiab on peripheral neropathy. Methods z Type 2 diabetics rats were induced by diets enriched sucrose and lard and by intraperitoned injection30mg/kg streptozotocin(STZ). Then, the model rats were divided into two groups: diabetes mellitus group and treatment group (the rats were fed with mindiab 5mg/kg · d ). After 1,3 month of drug , respectively, we observe the electrophysioloyic changes and the pathology developing of sutal nerve. Results: The motor latent velocitics,conduction velocity and wave of action potential in treated group were improving, and the pathological change was lighter than diabetes group. Conclusion: These findings suggest that mindiab has some effect in the treatment of peripheral neuropathy in diabetic rars.
