摘要 目的:吸烟已被公认具有普遍的健康危害,并且有证据表明吸烟对男、女生殖健康均有影响。本研究的目的就是提供证据说明吸烟通过改变精液和精子质量来影响男性的生育能力。方法:我们评价了吸烟者(SM)的精浆(SP)(用PBS进行不同浓度的稀释,1/0;1/1;1/2;1/6;1/10)对非吸烟者(NSM)精子的直接影响。结果:非吸烟者的精子暴露于吸烟者的精浆一定时间,可导致因丙二醛水平升高所致的精子膜完整性受到破坏、精子活力下降和环(在明胶载玻片上因顶体反应导致环绕精子头部的清晰区带)的数量减少。结论:吸烟者的精子暴露于非吸烟者的精浆导致精子功能障碍改善,提示,去除吸烟者的精浆,然后重新加入含足量抗氧化体系的精浆,可能对各种辅助生育技术应用于吸烟者有临床意义。 Objective: Tobacco smoking is recognized as a general health hazard, and evidence indicates that cigarette smoking affects reproductive health in both men and women. The aim of this study was to provide evidence that cigarette smoking affects male fertility via altering the semen and sperm quality. Methods : We evaluated the direct effect of seminal plasma (SP) ( in the different dilutions with PBS, 1/0;1/1 ;1/2;1/6;1/10) from smokers (SM) on spermatozoa from non-smokers (NSM). Results: Exposure of spermatozoa from NSM to the SP from SM yielded an impairment in the membrane integrity by elevation in MDA (Malondialdehyde) levels, a decline in the sperm viability, and a decrease in the number of halos (clear regions around sperm heads due to acrosome reaction on the gelatin slides) , in a certain time course. Conclusion: Exposure of spermatozoa from the SM to the SP from the NSM resulted in the improvement in sperm dysfunction. It may indicate that removal of smoker's SP and then subsequent reeonstitution with SP containing sufficient antioxidant systems could be of clinical significance in the various assisted reproductive technologies (ARTs) applied for smokers.
