摘要
目的初步探讨羊膜移植在青光眼滤过术中的应用。方法青光眼患者88例93眼,施行巩膜瓣下羊膜移植术,随访1～2a。结果除1例新生血管性青光眼术后出血,眼压长期增高外,其余患者眼压均降至正常,滤过泡形成持久。结论该术式取材简便,是一种治疗青光眼较好方法。
Objective To discuss the application of amniotic membrane in the filtering operation of glaucoma. Methods Eighty-eight patients （93 eyes） with glaucoma were taken the operation of ananiotic membrane under the scleral flap, then followed up 1 2 years. Results Except one patient with neovascular glaucoma had bleeding and intraocular pressure （IOP） increasing with long time postoperation, others＇ IOP were dropped to normal level and the fil- tered bubble were emerged with long time. Conclusion The filtering operation of glaucoma with amniotic membrane transplantation is a better means to treat glaucoma. [Rec Adv Ophthalmol 2005 ;25（5）：451-453]
