摘要
在对某50型装载机驾驶室振动噪声进行试验分析的基础上,根据驾驶室振动特点,对驾驶室隔振器进行改进设计,建立了由新的隔振器和驾驶室组成的振动系统的力学模型,以对耳旁噪声影响最大的频率处的降噪量为设计目标,确定了新隔振器的参数,使驾驶室内噪声降低了3~4dB.
On the base of examining and analyzing the noise from shaking of cab of construction vehicle, 50 mould, according to the cab vibration characteristics, carries on the improvement design to the cab vibration isolator. Then the new vibration isolator and the cab vibration system mechanical model has been established. Take ear nearby noise influence biggest frequency place noise reduction quantity as design goal. After the new vibration isolator parameters were determined, the cab internal noise can be reduced 3-4 dB.
