摘要
农村社会保障的建立,是促进农村全面建设小康社会和构建社会主义和谐社会的重要条件。建立和健全农村社会保障,就必须促进农村社区建设,提供充分的社区服务,满足广大农民生产、生活的需要,这是按照科学发展观要求统筹城乡发展的重要内容。
The establishment of rural social security system is an important condition that promotes construction of easy and harmonious society of socialism in a full scale. It is necessary to promote community construction, to provide sufficient community service in rural areas and to satisfy the needs of production and life of most farmers for establishment and perfection of rural social security system.
