通过古今名家对《孙子兵法》军事思想体系不同文化解读的回望,揭示出这一问题在孙子学研究上的重要地位和特殊价值。其所以重要与特殊就在于它关系到包括《孙子兵法》在内的传统军事文化如何实现现代性转型。面对西方强势军事文化的冲击和信息化战争形态的飞速到来,在对《孙子兵法》的文化解读上既要保持自己的特色,又要吸收外来文化,做到“洋为中用”,从而建立起跻身于世界军事之林的共同话语体系,使之成为全人类共同的精神财富。
