The Han bamboo slips unearthed from Yinque Mountain in 1972 are of historical value for clarifying some questions concerning Military Science of Sun Tzu and of great importance for collating and identifying the books on military science handed down from generation to generation. They provide the study of ancient script with abundant material and the most direct evidence for the textual research into the development of ancient books.
