小剂量单次静脉注射米力农对兔顿抑心肌血清cTnI的影响 被引量:9

Effects of Single Low-dose Intravenous Injection of Milrinone on Plasma Cardiac Troponin I in Rabbits with Stunned Myocardium

摘要 目的了解小剂量单次静脉注射米力农对兔顿抑心肌血清cTnI有无影响。方法家兔30只,随机分为3组,每组10只。假手术组(A):只穿线,不结扎,旷置15m in,再观察1h;缺血/顿抑组(B):结扎左冠状动脉前降支15m in,再灌注1h;米力农组(C):结扎左冠状动脉前降支15m in,再灌注1h。结扎左冠状动脉前降支后耳缘静脉注射米力农5ug/kg,10m in注射完。结果C和B组比较15、30、60m in时cTnI明显降低(P<0.01)。结论小剂量单次静脉注射米力农对兔顿抑心肌血清cTnI有明显影响。 Objective To study the effects of single low-dose intravenous injection of milrinone on plasma cardiac troponin I(cT- nI) in rabbits with stunned myocardium, Methods Thirty rabbits with stunned myocardium were included in this study and they were randomly divided into three groups(10 rabbits a group). In sham-operated group(group A), the left anterior descending branch(LAD) of rabbits were not occluded. In ischemia and stunned myocardium group(group B), the LAD of rabbits were occluded for 15min and perfused for 60min. In milrinone group(group C) , the LAD of rabbits were occluded for 15min, injected with low-dosage(5ug/kg) of milrinone, and perfused for 60min. Results The content of plasma cTnI in group C was decreased significantly than that in group B (P〈0.01). Conclusion The single low-dose intravenous injection of milrinone can markedly decrease the content of plasma cTnI in rabbits with stunned myocardium.
