卡维地洛对原发性高血压患者血压昼夜节律及左室肥厚的影响 被引量:2

摘要 本文观察了原发性高血压(EH)患者昼夜血压节律对左室肥厚的影响及卡维地洛治疗后对血压昼夜节律及左室肥厚的影响。对248例EH患者进行24h动态血压监测,根据夜间血压下降率将患者分为两组:夜间血压下降率<10%为非杓型组(108例),≥10%为杓型组(140例)进行观察,并于卡维地洛治疗12周后,进行复查比较。结果表明,EH患者非杓型血压节律较杓型血压节律更易导致左室肥大,卡维地洛有改善血压昼夜节律及左室肥厚的作用。
