在技术时代,随着科学思维的进入艺术领域,当代艺术的发展呈现出两种趋向,它们合力解构着传统的艺术观念,以及与之相应的艺术的精神与表现形态。一种趋向是,当代艺术活动已经由一种精神上的审美活动嬗变为哲学上的解析活动,即对精神气韵的传递、人格理念的寄托,转而为对“观念”的追求,哲理性成分日趋增强;另一种趋向是,以电视艺术为代表,艺术领域内出现的消费主义倾向,它所张扬的趣味性和娱乐性,以及它那以现代科技为依托的生产方式、经营网络,同样在深刻地改变着传统的艺术理念。

In the technological era, with scientific thinking entering into the domain of art, two tendencies have emerged in the development of contemporary art, making up a synergy of deconstructing the traditional ideas of art as well as the spirits and forms of art. One is that contemporary art activities have shifted their focus from spiritual aesthetic pursuit to philosophical interpretation—— projecting their pursuit into the concept of ideas instead of spiritual transmission and personality, with more philosophical implications. The other is the rising consumerism in the field of art, which is represented by television art and supported by its amusive and recreational functions. Based on the technology-based method of production and management network, it is transforming the traditional concept of art as well.
