摘要
新课程改革向中小学教师提出了新的挑战,但眼下许多中小学教师依然存在着教育理念虚知、知识储备匮乏、教学反思与课程开发意识薄弱等问题,从而使他们难以从容应对;中小学教师所存在的诸多问题与当前教师的生存状态不佳、学历进修中的本本主义态度、教师评价机制不合理等因素密切相关;学校教育只有采取为教师们减负、学历进修的宽进严出、改进教师评价等策略,才能使中小学教师的整体面貌获得刷新,新课程改革才能通过他们高质量的教学行为达到预期的目标。
The schoolteacher attainments have been challenged in the new curriculum reform. Many schoolteachers do not understand modern educational ideas really. They are short not only of subject knowledge, but also of the consciousness about teaching introspection and curriculum developing. These problems are brought out by factors such as teachers' unusual life conditions and non-ideal teacher-evaluation systems and so on. We should lighten the burden on schoolteachers, reinforce the management in the in-service training system for teachers. Only in this way, the new curriculum reform can be met with success.
