摘要
在热力学的基础上,对导热系数测定方法进行了分类,分别介绍了稳态法和非稳态法,并对它们的原理、特点及适用场合进行了比较,认为保护热板法适用于保温材料导热系数的测量,而热线法则适合于食品材料导热系数的测量。
The material conductivity plays an important role on the definition of the thermal process,Based on the thermodynamics.the measuring methods of the thermal conductivity are classed into two kinds;the steady-state method and nonequilibrium state method.And the measuring principles,charaeteristics and the applications of the two methods were compared.The results that the flat band method fits with the insulators and the hot wire fits with the food.
