摘要
利用自行研制的直流高压静电场装置针对大肠杆菌进行了杀菌实验研究,结果表明,电压、处理时间是影响电场杀菌作用的主要因素。在极板间距D=3cm,电压20kV,处理时间45min的条件下,大肠杆菌的致死率达到98.7%。
In this article E.col is treated with high voltage field.and the results showed that voltage intensity and treatment time is important factors of sterilization.The sterilization rate is 98.7% when voltage inteensity is 20kV and treatment time 45 minutes.
