Human Orientation: Value Inclination of Scientific Development Concept

“以人为本”就是以人民群众的利益为根本,促进经济社会和人的全面发展。这是马克思主义的基本立场和观点,是科学发展观的价值取向。坚持以人为本的价值取向,一要尊重人民群众的主体地位;二要尊重和保障人民群众的基本权利;三要营造人与自然、人与社会、人与人和谐发展的环境。

“Human orientation” means to promote the overall development of the economic society and man on the basis of people＇s basic interests. This is the essential stand and viewpoint of Marxism and the basic value inclination of scientific development concept. To adhere to the value inclination of human orientation, we should conform to the following： firstly, respecting people＇s position as a mainstay ; secondly, respecting and protecting people＇s fundamental rights ; thirdly, creating a harmoniously developing environment between man and nature, man and society, man and man.
